After receipt of payment, ordered Product(s) will be dispatched within 7 working days.
We will email you as soon as we have dispatched your Item(s). Delivery will roughly take between 1-5 days within the UK, roughly 5-15 days within Europe and allow up to 30 days for International Orders.
We do not accept responsibility for the resulting consequences of incorrect delivery information provided during the purchase. Please make sure that ALL information provided is correct so your item(s) will reach you safely.
In the event of a purchased product being out of stock, we will automatically refund the payment for the item and inform you of future availability.

Standard Delivery
Standard UK (Light) orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
Standard UK (Medium) orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Standard UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class. Please note a signature will be required.
The price indicated is based on our standard parcel size (up to 2 kg) and is inclusive of packaging cost, if your order exceeds this there may be an additional charge.
International Delivery
All International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Deliveries in Europe usually arrive between 5 to 15 days.
